Examples of Regulatory Milestone Payment in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, in the event notice of termination of this Agreement is given prior to achievement of a given milestone set forth in Section 5.3 or 5.4, Celgene shall not be obligated to make any Regulatory Milestone Payment or Sales Milestone Payment to Prothena with respect to any milestone achieved following the notice of such termination.

  • Following receipt of notification by Celgene to Prothena that Celgene has achieved the applicable milestone event triggering a Regulatory Milestone Payment hereunder, Prothena shall invoice Celgene for the applicable Regulatory Milestone Payment, and Celgene shall pay such Regulatory Milestone Payment within [***] ([***]) days after receipt of the invoice therefor.

  • The obligation to pay the Regulatory Milestone Payment survives any termination or expiration of this Agreement.
