Reimbursement Documents definition

Reimbursement Documents means the Reimbursement Agreement and the agreements, instruments and documents executed in connection therewith.
Reimbursement Documents means this Agreement, the Mortgage, the Xxxxxxx Guaranty, the other Security Agreements, the Xxxxxxx Guaranty, the Facilities Access Agreement and any other documents or instruments evidencing, securing or guaranteeing Borrower’s obligations to the County pursuant to this Agreement, as any of such documents may be modified or amended from time to time.

More Definitions of Reimbursement Documents

Reimbursement Documents means this Agreement, the Mortgage, and the Collateral Documents, and any other agreements, documents, or instruments now or hereafter executed or delivered by or on behalf of the Borrower to the Bank in connection with the issuance of the Letter of Credit.
