Reimbursement Documents definition
Reimbursement Documents means this Agreement, the Mortgage, the Letters of Credit, the Environmental Indemnity, the Security Agreement, the Notes, and all other documents executed and delivered by the Borrower, the Guarantor or any party to govern, evidence or secure the Obligations.
Reimbursement Documents means this Agreement, the Guarantee Agreement, the Indemnity, Subrogation and Contribution Agreement and the Security Documents.
Reimbursement Documents shall have the meaning set forth in Part II of Annex B.

If the EXIM Facility Agent determines that the Reimbursement Documents comply with the requirements of the Reimbursement Procedure and the provisions of this Agreement, the EXIM Facility Agent shall (i) Upload any Reimbursement Document that has not already been Uploaded; and (ii) Submit all Reimbursement Documents.
Each of the documents (including, but not limited to, the Reimbursement Documents (as defined in Part II of Annex B) and L/C Documents (as defined in Part III of Annex B)) required under the Utilization Procedures with respect to the requested Utilization.
More Definitions of Reimbursement Documents
Reimbursement Documents means this Agreement, the Mortgage, the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Guaranty, the other Security Agreements, the Facilities Access Agreement and any other documents or instruments evidencing, securing or guaranteeing Borrower’s obligations to the County pursuant to this Agreement, as any of such documents may be modified or amended from time to time.
Reimbursement Documents means the Reimbursement Agreement and the agreements, instruments and documents executed in connection therewith.
Reimbursement Documents means, collectively, the Reimbursement Agreement, each “Loan Document” under and as defined in the Reimbursement Agreement and each other document or instrument evidencing any Loan Party’s obligations under any of the foregoing, as the same may be amended, restated, replaced or otherwise modified from time to time with the approval of the Administrative Agent.
Reimbursement Documents means this Agreement, the Security Agreement, the Account Control Agreements and any other agreement, instrument, certificate or document entered into by the Company or any Subsidiary thereof in connection with the foregoing.
Reimbursement Documents means this Agreement, the Environmental Indemnity, the Note, the Custody, Pledge and Security Agreement, the Mortgage and any Interest Rate Agreement entered into with the Bank or any Bank Participant.
Reimbursement Documents means this Agreement and each Security Document.
