REIT Election Date definition

REIT Election Date means January 1, 1999 or such other date on which the Corporation elects to be taxed as a REIT under the Code.
REIT Election Date means the first date on which the Parent elects to be taxed as a REIT.
REIT Election Date means [ ], 2015 or such other effective date of the Corporation’s election to be taxed as a REIT under the Code.
