Rejection Claim Bar Date definition

Rejection Claim Bar Date means either (as applicable) (i) in respect to Executory Contracts rejected pursuant to a revocation notice filed pursuant to Section 8.3(b) of the Plan, the date that is thirty (30) days after the filing of such revocation notice, or (ii) as to all other Executory Contracts, the date that is thirty (30) days after the Effective Date.
Rejection Claim Bar Date means the later of (a) the General Bar Date or
Rejection Claim Bar Date means the date that is thirty (30) days after the Effective Date.

More Definitions of Rejection Claim Bar Date

Rejection Claim Bar Date means the deadline for the filing of Proofs of Claim with respect to Claims arising from the rejection of Executory Contracts or Unexpired Leases pursuant to the Plan or the Confirmation Order, which shall be: (a) thirty (30) days after the Effective Date; and (b) with respect to the Unexpired Leases of non-residential real property by the later of thirty (30) days (x) after the date the Debtors relinquish control of the premises to the affected landlord counterparty by notifying the affected landlord counterparty in writing of the Debtors’ unequivocal and irreversible surrender of the leased property to the affected landlord counterparty and either (i) turning over keys to the affected landlord or its property manager, or(ii) notifying the affected landlord or its property manager in writing that the keys are not available but that the landlord may rekey the leased premises, and (y) the effective date of the rejection, for Unexpired Leases of non-residential real property.
Rejection Claim Bar Date means the first Business Day that is thirty (30) days after the Confirmation Date or such earlier date that may be set by the Bankruptcy Court concerning a particular Executory Contract.
