Rejection Damages Bar Date definition

Rejection Damages Bar Date means the later of thirty (30) days after such Rejection Damages Claim is Allowed by Final Order or thirty (30) days after the Effective Date.
Rejection Damages Bar Date means the deadline by which a counterparty to an Executory Contract of the Debtor rejected under this Combined Disclosure Statement and Plan must File Rejection Claim and shall be 5:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) on the date that is 30 days following service of an order approving rejection of any Executory Contract of one of the Debtors.
