Rejection Order definition

Rejection Order means an order of the Bankruptcy Court entered prior to the Effective Date and authorizing the County’s rejection of an unexpired lease or an executory contract.
Rejection Order means the order entered by the Bankruptcy Court on December 20, 2011 [Docket No. 227] (as amended by an order entered by the Bankruptcy Court on December 28, 2011 [Docket No. 273]), which, among other things, approved the rejection of the Roseton Facility Lease and the Danskammer Facility Lease.
