Release Completion Date definition

Release Completion Date means the date as set out in the SOW for completion of the Release;

Examples of Release Completion Date in a sentence

  • The Supplier warrants, represents and undertakes to the Customer that: in respect of each Release, any Software and other Deliverables that are developed during that Release shall be free of any material defects for a period of ninety (90) days commencing on the Release Completion Date or such other period from the Release Completion Date as may be specified by the Customer in the Order Form.

Related to Release Completion Date

  • The Completion Date means the date of completion of the Works as certified by the Employer’s Representative.

  • Final Completion Date means the date on which Final Completion occurs.

  • Substantial Completion Date means the required date for Substantial Completion of the Project. The Substantial Completion Date can be adjusted only by written Change Order.

  • Substantial Completion means the stage in the progress of the work as determined and certified by the Contracting Officer in writing to the Contractor, on which the work (or a portion designated by the Government) is sufficiently complete and satisfactory. Substantial completion means that the property may be occupied or used for the purpose for which it is intended, and only minor items such as touch-up, adjustments, and minor replacements or installations remain to be completed or corrected which:

  • Commercial Operation Date means the date on which a Material Project is substantially complete and commercially operable.

  • COMPLETION TIME means the period by ‘date/month’ specified in the ‘Letter of Intent/Award’ or date mutually agreed upon for handing over of the intended scope of work, the erected equipment/plant which are found acceptable by the Engineer, being of required standard and conforming to the specifications of the Contract.

  • Study Period means the period commencing at 9:00 a.m. on the date hereof, and continuing through 5:00 p.m. on the Closing Date.
