Release Deliverables definition

Release Deliverables means those Deliverables which are agreed by the Parties at the Calibration Stage as set out at paragraph 44.2 of the SOW;

More Definitions of Release Deliverables

Release Deliverables means those Deliverables which are agreed by the Parties at the Calibration Stage as set out at paragraph 44.2 of the SOW; Fixed Price means the fixed prices for ancillary Services as may be agreed by the Parties and set out in the SOW; FOIA means the Freedom of Information Xxx 0000 and any subordinate legislation made under that Act from time to time together with any guidance and/or codes of practice issued by the Information Commissioner or relevant government department in relation to such legislation; Force Majeure Event means any event, occurrence or cause affecting the performance by either the Customer or the Supplier of its obligations arising from: acts, events, omissions, happenings or non-happenings beyond the reasonable control of the Affected Party; riots, war or armed conflict, acts of terrorism, nuclear, biological or chemical warfare; acts of government, local government or Regulatory Bodies; fire, flood, any disaster and any failure or shortage of power or fuel; an industrial dispute affecting a third party for which a substitute third party is not reasonably available; provide always that: - any industrial dispute relating to the Supplier, the Staff or any other failure in the Supplier or the Sub-Contractor's supply chain; and - any event or occurrence which is attributable to the wilful act, neglect or failure to take reasonable precautions against the event or occurrence by the Party concerned; shall not constitute a Force Majeure; Former Supplier means a party providing services to the Customer similar or the same as the Services and which is being replaced by the Supplier; framework Prices means the price(s) applicable to the provision of the Services set out in framework Schedule 9 (Charging Structure); Fraud means any offence under any Laws creating offences in respect of fraudulent acts (including the Misrepresentation Act 1967) or at common law in respect of fraudulent acts including acts of forgery; Good Industry Standard means standards, practices, methods and procedures conforming to the Law and the exercise of the degree of skill and care, diligence, prudence and foresight which would reasonably and ordinarily be expected from a skilled and experienced person or body engaged within the relevant industry or business sector;

  • Project Deliverables means the Project deliverables set out in Schedule 2. Project Material means all the material including but not limited to documents, computer software, and data stored by any means which is created by the Fellow in the course of undertaking the Project.

  • Delivery Services means those services provided by the

  • Deliverable Obligation Characteristics means Not Subordinated, Specified Currency, Not Contingent, Assignable Loan, Consent Required Loan, Transferable, Not Bearer, Maximum Maturity – 30 years.

  • Service Order Form means our standard Service Order Form for Services, or any other order form that we agree with you in writing that incorporates the provisions of this DPA;
