CERTIFICATES OF CONFORMANCE. A. Certificates of Conformance may be issued to the Company in respect of its DAI where such DAI is deemed by Intercontinental to have complied with such standards as Intercontinental have issued (and may revise from time to time) governing access to the API and the conformance guidelines published by Intercontinental.
B. In the event that the Company alters its DAI subsequent to receipt of its Certificate of Conformance it shall notify Intercontinental of the details of such alteration and, if appropriate, comply with the request of Intercontinental to re- conform the Company’s altered DAI.
C. A Certificate of Conformance may be withdrawn by Intercontinental in any case where the Company’s DAI is deemed subsequently not to comply with any such standards as the same may be revised from time to time.
D. If, during the Maintenance Period, the Company undertakes transactions in, or in relation to, ICE Futures Canada Contracts on the Platform, in any capacity whatsoever, including, whether: (i) through a third party; (ii) on its own behalf; or,

D. If, during the Maintenance Period, the Company undertakes transactions in, or in relation to, the Exchange Contracts on the Platform, in any capacity whatsoever, including, whether: (i) through a third party; (ii) on its own behalf; or, (iii) on behalf of a third party, the Company shall ensure that it has a policy in place in relation to undertaking such transactions which is in compliance with the relevant regulatory guidance regarding conflicts of interest and material interest, and related matters.
E. For the avoidance of doubt, the Company is not authorized to provide any entity with a connection to the Trading System through the Company’s DAI for the Exchange Contracts or to distribute (whether internally or externally) any Market Data or to grant read-only access to any Market Data unless the entity is a registered Direct Access Trading Participant Agreement with the Exchange, or has executed a Standard Vendor Agreement with ICE Data UK (as the case may be). The Company must execute a Direct Access Trading Participant Application/Agreement and/or a Standard Vendor Agreement, to either trade the Exchange Contracts or access Market Data, as the case may be.
CERTIFICATES OF CONFORMANCE. X. Xxxxxxx to the Engineer, in the manner as directed and prior to actual installation, notarized certificates of conformance for all materials to be furnished under this Contract. The notarized certificates of conformance shall state that the material to be furnished meets or exceeds all requirements specified under the Contract Documents. When so directed, the manufacturer’s notarized certificates of conformance, certifying that the materials meet the requirements specified shall accompany each shipment of material. Unless otherwise specifically specified and/or directed by the Engineer, all testing of materials required under this Contract shall be provided by the Contractor at no additional expense to the Owner.
CERTIFICATES OF CONFORMANCE. Supply with each shipment a legible and reproducible copy of a Certificate(s) of Conformance (C of C), certifying the compliance of the product(s) or service(s) applicable to the purchase order. In addition, a member of the seller's quality department will provide a signature and title of the authorized representative confirming the accuracy of the information included.
CERTIFICATES OF CONFORMANCE. Whenever requested by XXXX, Seller shall deliver a certificate of conformance on a form approved by XXXX, certifying that Seller, or one or more Products, conform to the requirements set forth in this Clause 3.
CERTIFICATES OF CONFORMANCE. With each transfer of Product or Semi-Finished Product, MannKind shall provide the Certificate of Conformance and a copy of the Firm Order (or other ordering document if applicable). If the required documentation is not supplied United Therapeutics may reject the Product and/or Semi-Finished Product.
CERTIFICATES OF CONFORMANCE. A. Before any work is started, Certificates of Conformance for all materials shall be submitted to the Engineer, in triplicate, proving conformance with specifications. All pipe and mechanical equipment shall be covered by a guarantee certificate furnished by Contractor and signed by an officer of the respective manufacturer.
CERTIFICATES OF CONFORMANCE. Supplier shall provide OUTSET with certificates related to Products for each batch released for delivery under this Agreement. These certificates shall document that each batch received by OUTSET conforms to the Specifications. A copy of each certificate shall be included with each batch delivered to OUTSET, and one copy shall be faxed or emailed at the same time to the OUTSET representative specified in the applicable Purchase Order. Supplier also shall provide OUTSET with Regulatory Authority certification, for those countries in which the applicable Regulatory Authority is in the practice of requiring any such certifications.
CERTIFICATES OF CONFORMANCE. All Manufacturer’s Certificates of Conformance shall have the following information at minimum: • Purchase Order Number • Part Number as indicated on HHK PO (reference or equivalent part numbers are not acceptable) • Revision Letter • Lot Numbers and respective quantities • Statement of conformance • Shelf life, including cure date (if applicable) • Date and signature of authorized Quality Representative.
CERTIFICATES OF CONFORMANCE. Whenever requested by Rapiscan, Seller shall deliver a certificate of conformance on a form approved by Rapiscan’s Configuration Management Department, certifying that Seller, or one or more Products, conform to the requirements set forth in this Section 3.
