Religious Orders definition

Religious Orders means all Catholic religious order communities, including any religious order community that is a successor to any religious community of the Debtor, and includes but is not limited to, the Participating Religious Orders, the Servants of the Paraclete (“Servants”); Brothers of the Christian Schools, SFNO District (“Christian Brothers”); any province of the Franciscans; Sons of the Holy Family (“Sons”); Society of Jesus; Congregation of the Blessed Sacrament, Province of St. Ann (“Congregation”); and the Congregation of Saint Basil, aka the Basilian Fathers.
Religious Orders means “institutes of consecrated life and societies of apostolic life” which enable men and women who profess the evangelical counsels of chastity, poverty (or perfect charity), and obedience by religious vows or other sacred bonds, to be joined to the Church without becoming members of the Church hierarchy, including but not limited Alexian Brothers (Immaculate Conception Province), Congregation of the Mission, Congregation of the Holy Spirit, Redemptorist Congregation (Denver Province), Missionary Fraternity of Mary (Guatemala), Legionaries of Christ, Missionary Congregation of the Blessed Sacrament, Camillian Fathers and Brothers, Marian Fathers (Lithuanian), Maryknoll, Missionaries of Our Lady of La Salette, Discalced Carmelite Fathers (Washington Province), Coventual Franciscans of St. Bonaventure Province, Sisters of Charity of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Carmelite Sisters of the Divine Heart of Jesus, Carmelite Hermit of the Trinity (Solitary), Sisters of the Resurrection, Congregation of Sisters of St. Agnes, Felician Sisters, Discalced Carmelite Nuns (Pewaukee), Daughters of Charity, Daughters of Divine Charity, Franciscan Sisters of Our Lady, Franciscan Sisters of Perpetual Adoration, Franciscan Sisters of St. Clare,
Religious Orders means, collectively: (i) the Oblates of Saint Francis de Sales; Oblates of St. Francis de Sales, Inc., a Delaware Corporation; The Congregation of the Oblates of St. Francis de Sales, Inc.; the Capuchin Franciscan Friars; Capuchin Franciscan Friars Province of the Sacred Stigmata of St. Francis, Aa New Jersey Corporation; Brothers of the Holy Cross of the Eastern Province of the United States of America, Inc., a New York Corporation; The Norbertine Fathers of Delaware, Inc.; The Norbertine Fathers, Inc.; The Premonstratensian Fathers, A Wisconsin Corporation; Daughters of Charity of St. Vincent de Paul Northeast Province; and Daughters of Charity Emmitsburg Province; or (ii) any entity or(ii) any past or present member, trustee, officer, or official of any entity in the foregoing clause (i), including Mauro Johri, a.k.a. Brother Mauro Johri, O.F.M.
