Relying Party means an individual or entity that acts in reliance on a Certificate or digital signature associated with a Certificate.
Defects Liability Period (Warranty Period) means the period stated in the Schedule A Special Stipulations, following the taking over, during which the Contractor is responsible for making good defects and damage in accordance with Clause 15.
Seller Warranties means the warranties given by the Seller in Schedule 3;
Extended Warranty means an agreement for a specified duration to
Independent Software Vendor or “ISV” means a Person that makes available to Participants and Authorized Traders a system or platform offering smart order routing, front-end trading applications, an aggregation platform or a combination of the foregoing but that does not provide Participants or Authorized Traders with the ability to effect transactions other than through the Trading System.
Buyer Data means all data, records, files, information or content, including text, sound, video, images and software, that is (a) input or uploaded by Buyer or its Users to or collected, received, transmitted, processed, or stored by Buyer or its Users using the Software or SaaS Service in connection with this Agreement, or (b) derived from (a). Buyer Data is Confidential Information of Buyer.
Warranty means a warranty made solely by the manufacturer,
Purchaser Warranties shall have the meaning ascribed to the term in Clause 8.1;
Buyer Indemnified Party has the meaning set forth in Section 8.2.
Seller Parties has the meaning set forth in the preamble to this Agreement.
Buyer Indemnified Parties has the meaning set forth in Section 8.2.
