Remainder Work definition

Remainder Work means Contract Work that you are performing as at the date of termination and/or expiry of this Contract which we authorise you to continue to perform pursuant to Clause 26.10;

Examples of Remainder Work in a sentence

  • Although this clause suggests that the Law Centre will be refused permission to continue with Remainder Work, the LAA typically prefers providers to run down open cases and will normally allow the Law Centre to continue unless they have concerns over quality.

Related to Remainder Work

  • project completion period means the period of sixty (60) months commencing from and expiring on for the construction and obtaining of Temporary Occupation Permit or Permits for the whole of the Development as provided in clause 3.3;

  • Collective Work means a work, such as a periodical issue, anthology or encyclopedia, in which the Work in its entirety in unmodified form, along with a number of other contributions, constituting separate and independent works in themselves, are assembled into a collective whole. A work that constitutes a Collective Work will not be considered a Derivative Work (as defined below) for the purposes of this License.
