Remainder Work definition

Remainder Work means Contract Work that you are performing as at the date of termination and/or expiry of this Contract which we authorise you to continue to perform pursuant to Clause 26.10;
Remainder Work means Contract Work that you are performing as at the date of termination and/or expiry of this Contract;

Examples of Remainder Work in a sentence

  • You must notify us if you are unable to perform Remainder Work in accordance with the Contract.

  • Any such authorisation is subject to your compliance with any requirements and obligations set out below and our right to impose restrictions, requirements and conditions on your performance of Remainder Work at any time, and not merely when authorisation is given.

  • Wherever we permit you to provide Remainder Work, that decision will be reviewed as reasonably required to ensure that the above requirements are still being met.

  • If we authorise you to perform Remainder Work the terms of this Contract will, in respect of such Remainder Work, continue in full force and effect (subject to the terms of any replacement contract that we enter into with you).

  • Unless this Contract has been terminated for breach by either of us and subject to the conditions in Clause 26.11, we will authorise you to perform Remainder Work.

  • However, we are aware that there are some NfP providers that, because of the impact of legal aid and other funding cuts, will not be able to undertake Remainder Work.

  • The provisions in relation to remainder work are set out in clauses 26.10 – 26.12 of the Standard Terms 2010 and are the same in the latest draft of the 2013 version: Remainder Work 26.10 Unless this Contract has been terminated for breach by either of us and subject to the conditions in Clause 26.11, we will authorise you to perform Remainder Work.

  • ASA and the NfP advice networks have raised concerns about potential difficulties facing providers who want to undertake Remainder Work.

  • See for example clause 1.27 of the Standard Terms 26.12 If we authorise you to perform Remainder Work the terms of this Contract will, in respect of such Remainder Work, continue in full force and effect (subject to the terms of any replacement contract that we enter into with you).

  • Although this clause suggests that the Law Centre will be refused permission to continue with Remainder Work, the LAA typically prefers providers to run down open cases and will normally allow the Law Centre to continue unless they have concerns over quality.

Related to Remainder Work

  • Building Work has the meaning given to it in section 6 of the Building and Construction Industry (Improving Productivity) Act 2016 (Cth);

  • Extra Work means any work which is determined by City to be necessary for the proper completion of the Project, but which the Parties did not reasonably anticipate would be necessary at the execution of this Agreement. Consultant shall not perform, nor be compensated for, Extra Work without written authorization from City’s Representative.

  • Construction Period means the period commencing from the Appointed Date and ending on the date of the Completion Certificate;
