Remediation Notice definition

Remediation Notice a notice served by the Authority in accordance with clause 27.1(a).

Remediation Notice means a statement of the works necessary to remediate any Contamination at the Leased Premises or the surrounding Environment to an appropriate standard; and

Remediation Notice means a statutory notice served by the relevant authority in respect of the remediation of Contaminated Land under Part 2A of the Environmental Protection Act 1990.
