remote work location or “remote workplace” shall mean Employee’s residence or any remote office location approved by the University. The term “office” shall mean Employee’s usual and customary University work address. This agreement shall be construed, interpreted and enforced according to the laws of the State of Maryland.

A replacement tower that is constructed on the same site as an existing tower will be considered a co-location as long as the new tower is no taller than the old tower and that the old tower is removed in a reasonable short time frame after the new tower is constructed.

  • END USER CUSTOMER LOCATION means the physical location of the premises where an End User makes use of the telecommunications services.

  • Remote site means a setting physically separate from the sponsoring or supervising physician's primary place for meeting pa- tients or a setting where the physician is present less than twenty- five percent of the practice time of the licensee.
