Renewed definition

Renewed means, for the purposes of this regulation, a health coverage plan that is deemed renewed upon the occurrence of the earliest of: the annual anniversary date of issue; or the date on which premium rates can be or are changed according to the terms of the plan; or the date on which benefits can be or are changed according to the terms of the plan. If the health care coverage contract specifically allows for a change in premiums or benefits due to changes in state or federal requirements and a change in the health coverage plan premiums or benefits that is solely due to changes in state or federal requirements is not considered a renewal in the health care coverage contract, then such a change will not be considered a renewal for the purposes of this regulation.
Renewed means the number of licenses renewed at 30 June.

More Definitions of Renewed

Renewed means the renewing of registration in accordance with regulation 13, and ‘renewal’ shall be construed accordingly.

Additionally, the Company may purchase facultative reinsurance on any subject risk it deems advisable, and the premium for that portion of the Company's Policy reinsured elsewhere will not be included within the subject premium hereunder. EXTRA CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATIONS AND EXCESS LIMITS LIABILITY This Agreement will extend to cover any claims-related extra contractual obligations and/or excess limits liability arising because of, but not limited to, the following: A. Failure of the Company to agree to pay a claim within the Policy limits or to provide a defense against such claims.
Renewed will include those Policies issued for more than one year (if any) as of their next annual anniversary or annual installment date.
