Renewed Service Term definition

Renewed Service Term means the period equal to the Initial Service Term, commencing on the day after the expiry of the Initial Service Term, unless otherwise specified in the Service Order form;
Renewed Service Term means the period equal to the Initial Service Term, commencing on the day after the expiry of the Initial Service Term;

  • Unless the Customer notifies TIME in writing at least 30 days before the expiry of the Initial Service Term or Renewed Service Term that the MS-Voice Service is not to be renewed, the MS-Voice Service shall be deemed to be renewed together with Voice Business Service for the same duration as the Initial Service Term, subject to the latest General Terms and the latest terms in this Service Schedule.

  • Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, the Administrator may reprice any stock options or stock appreciation rights without the approval of the stockholders of the Company.

  • Service & Term XOOM Energy Ohio, LLC (“XOOM” or “Company”) agrees to act as your exclusive natural gas supplier and will provide competitive retail natural gas service to you. The Term of this Agreement will begin on the next available meter read date after processing of the request by XOOM and your gas utility, and will continue for the Contract Term as set forth in the accompanying Contract Summary, which is incorporated into this Agreement.   • Service Period has the meaning given to it in Framework Schedule 4 (Template Order Form and Template Call Off Terms) as refined by a Contracting Body in a Call Off Agreement between that Contracting Body and the Supplier;

  • Initial Term has the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.

  • Service Termination Date means the last Day in a month upon which Service shall terminate, as set forth in a Schedule of Service and subject to any renewal thereof.

The Executive shall, while the covenant under this Section 8.2 is in effect, give notice to the Employer, within ten days after accepting any other employment, of the identify of the Executive's employer. The Employer may notify such employer that the Executive is bound by this Agreement and, at the Employer's election, furnish such employer with a copy of this Agreement or relevant portions thereof.

  • Extended benefit period means a period which:

  • Extended Period As defined in Section 9.04(b).

  • Severance Period means the period of time commencing on the date of the first occurrence of a Change in Control and continuing until the earlier of (i) the second anniversary of the occurrence of the Change in Control and (ii) the Executive’s death.
