Rent ceiling definition

Rent ceiling means the maximum allowable rent which a landlord may charge on any rental unit covered by this chapter.
Rent ceiling means the maximum rent allowed for calculating the Housing Benefit, as determined by BC Housing from time to time and outlined in Schedule G.
Rent ceiling means the limit on the maximum allowable rent which a landlord may charge on any controlled rental space.
