Rentable Square Footage definition

Rentable Square Footage means (1) with respect to the Building, the sum of the total area of all floors in the Building (including Interior Common Facilities but excluding stairs, elevator shafts, vertical shafts, parking areas and exterior balconies), computed by measuring to the exterior surface of permanent outside walls; and (2) with respect to the Premises, the Usable Square Footage of the Premises multiplied by the Load Factor.

Rentable Square Footage. Usable Area," "Usable Square Feet," and "Usable Square Footage" will be calculated under the American National Standard Method for Measuring Floor Area in Office Buildings, ANSI Z65.1C1996 (revised and adopted June 7, 1996) or successor standard(s), adopted by the Building Owners and Managers Association International (BOMA).

Rentable Square Footage means the total rentable area (as it exists from time to time) based on the B.O.M.A. method. Rentable Area of the Leased Premises is hereby deemed to mean 5,016 rentable square feet.

• If this Lease is not terminated, the Rentable Square Footage of the Building, the Rentable Square Footage of the Premises and Tenant's Pro Rata Share shall, if applicable, be appropriately adjusted.

More Definitions of Rentable Square Footage

Rentable Square Footage means the net square footage of the building plus a pro-rata share of building common areas.

Rentable Square Footage means (1) with respect to the Building, the sum of the total area of the Building, computed by measuring pursuant to BOMA standards; and (2) with respect to the Premises, the area of the Premises computed by measuring pursuant to BOMA to the exterior surface of permanent outside walls and to the midpoint of demising walls, plus an allocation of the square footage of the Common Areas located within the Building. The parties hereby acknowledge and agree that the Premises is 5,183 Rentable Square Feet.
