Rentable Square Footage definition

Rentable Square Footage means (1) with respect to the Building, the sum of the total area of all floors in the Building (including Interior Common Facilities but excluding stairs, elevator shafts, vertical shafts, parking areas and exterior balconies), computed by measuring to the exterior surface of permanent outside walls; and (2) with respect to the Premises, the Usable Square Footage of the Premises multiplied by the Load Factor.
Rentable Square Footage. Usable Area," "Usable Square Feet," and "Usable Square Footage" will be calculated under the American National Standard Method for Measuring Floor Area in Office Buildings, ANSI Z65.1C1996 (revised and adopted June 7, 1996) or successor standard(s), adopted by the Building Owners and Managers Association International (BOMA).
Rentable Square Footage means the total rentable area (as it exists from time to time) based on the B.O.M.A. method. Rentable Area of the Premises means approximately 224,638 square feet and Rentable Area of the Building means approximately 247,315 square feet, subject to adjustment as provided in Section 2 hereof.

More Definitions of Rentable Square Footage

Rentable Square Footage means the net square footage of the building plus a pro-rata share of building common areas.

Rentable Square Footage means 2,648,920 square feet (or such other amount of square feet as to which Borrower and the Agent shall mutually agree).
