Rentable Square Footage definition

Rentable Square Footage means (1) with respect to the Building, the sum of the total area of all floors in the Building (including Interior Common Facilities but excluding stairs, elevator shafts, vertical shafts, parking areas and exterior balconies), computed by measuring to the exterior surface of permanent outside walls; and (2) with respect to the Premises, the Usable Square Footage of the Premises multiplied by the Load Factor.
Rentable Square Footage. Usable Area," "Usable Square Feet," and "Usable Square Footage" will be calculated under the American National Standard Method for Measuring Floor Area in Office Buildings, ANSI Z65.1C1996 (revised and adopted June 7, 1996) or successor standard(s), adopted by the Building Owners and Managers Association International (BOMA).
Rentable Square Footage means the total area (as it exists from time to time). Rentable Area of the Leased Premises is hereby deemed to mean approximately 11,761 square feet.

Rentable Square Footage means (1) with respect to the Building, the sum of the total area of all floors in the Building (including Interior Common Facilities but excluding stairs, elevator shafts, vertical shafts, parking areas and exterior balconies), computed by measuring to the exterior surface of permanent outside walls; and (2) with respect to the Premises, the area of the Premises (or other space occupiable by tenants as the case may be) computed by measuring to the exterior surface of permanent outside walls, to the midpoint of corridor and demising walls and to the Tenant side of permanent interior walls and Interior Common Facilities walls (other than corridor walls).
Rentable Square Footage or “RSF” shall refer to the rentable square footage of the Premises. Rentable square feet for purposes of this Lease shall be calculated using a single-tenant load factor of 10% for the second floor (as long as Lessee leases the entire second floor of the Building), a multi-tenant load factor of 22.1% for the second floor (if Lessee at any time leases less than the entire second floor of the Building), and a multi-tenant load factor of 22.1% for the first floor of the Building, and a single-tenant load factor of approximately 13.5% for the first floor (if Lessee at any time leases the entire first floor of the Building) and the rentable square feet on the entire first floor shall be 17,469.
Rentable Square Footage means 48,984 square feet.
Rentable Square Footage shall be the amounts determined by Landlord, based upon calculation of usable areas and rentable areas in accordance with the BOMA Standard, as a result of Landlord's Confirmation. Following Landlord's Confirmation (i) Landlord shall deliver a copy of Landlord's Confirmation to Tenant for Tenant's review and confirmation, and (ii) Landlord will set forth the final measurements in a Commencement Letter in the form of Exhibit D attached hereto.
