Usable Square Footage means the usable area as determined in accordance with the Standard Method for Measuring Floor Area in Office Buildings, ANSI/BOMA Z65.1-1996 (the “BOMA” Standard).

Usable Square Footage and similar terms dealing with Rentable or Usable means of describing measurements of square footages, will have the meanings of such term adopted by the Building Owners and Managers Association International (relative to multi-tenant floors). The Premises are not subject to remeasurement during the initial Lease Term through the Initial Expiration Date.

Usable Square Footage means 43,568 square feet.

Usable Square Footage means the usable area as determined in accordance with the Standard Method for Measuring Floor Area in Office Buildings, ANSI/BOMA Z65.1 - 1996 (the "BOMA STANDARD"); and

Usable Square Footage means the square footage area within the Premises, including all levels contained therein, that is available to Lessee for its business use or available to an Occupant under an Occupancy Agreement (or otherwise designated for use by an Occupant, whether or not pursuant to an Occupancy Agreement) including space available for ancillary public parking use that is (1) measured (x) if within a building, from the exterior face of exterior perimeter walls and, as applicable, from the centerline of demising walls between adjacent Occupants (or between Lessee and an Occupant) without deduction for vertical penetrations within any such space or mechanical equipment serving such space, and (y) if comprised of exterior spaces from clearly identified physical elements, and (2) exclusive of common circulation corridors and Public Access Areas, common stairways and elevators, Lessee’s building service and utility areas, public toilets and common loading docks, to the extent such areas are not exclusively available to an Occupant under an Occupancy Agreement (or otherwise designated for exclusive use by an Occupant). The Premises have a Usable Square Footage of [881,246]2 square feet as of the Execution Date as depicted on Exhibit K, which amounts may be modified from time to time in 2 Subject to confirmation accordance with the Lease and the Requirements based on floor plans prepared by a licensed architect using AutoCad or other industry standard methodology to measure square footage.

Usable Square Footage means the total usable area (as it exists from time to time) based on the B.O.M.A. method. Usable Area of the Premises means approximately 2,500 square feet, subject to adjustment as provided in Section 2 hereof.

Usable Square Footage shall have the meaning as the term “Usable Area.” The Rentable Area of the Premises and the Building/Project is subject to verification from time to time by Landlord’s consultant(s). That verification shall be made in accordance with this Section 1.4. ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s consultants may consult with Landlord’s consultant(s) regarding that verification. The determination of Landlord’s consultant(s), however, shall be conclusive and binding on the parties. If ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s consultant(s) determine that the Rentable Area of the Premises or the Building/Project is different from that stated in this Lease, all rent that is based on that incorrect amount shall be modified in accordance with that determination. If that determination is made, it shall be confirmed in writing by Landlord to Tenant. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ believes the Premises consist of the approximate number of square feet set forth in the Summary of Basic Lease Provisions; however, Landlord has not actually measured the Premises. It is understood and agreed that the square footage set forth herein is an approximation which Landlord and Tenant agree is reasonable and shall not be subject to revision or dispute except in connection with an actual change in the size of the Premises pursuant to an agreement in writing between Landlord and Tenant.

Usable Square Footage means the allocation of the facility's total square footage, excluding common areas, identified first to a cost category and then allocated based on the allocation method described for that cost category.

Usable Square Footage means 22,936 usable square feet of the Premises consisting of 16,434 usable square feet on the second floor and 6,502 usable square feet on the third floor.
