Rental Addendum definition

Rental Addendum means the Rental Addendum substantially in the form set out in Appendix I (or in such other form as may from time to time be agreed in writing between the Lessor and the Lessee) entered into from time to timeby the Lessor and the Lessee for the leasing of Vehicles by the Lessor to the Lessee and which incorporates all the terms and conditions of this Agreement by reference and sets forth the particulars of each leasing transaction between the Lessor and the Lessee and “Rental Addendums” shall be construed accordingly.
Rental Addendum means the Rental Addendum as defined in the Master Operating Lease Agreement.

Examples of Rental Addendum in a sentence

  • Upon notification that the Unit is listed for sale, L&F shall provide a Sales Rental Addendum provided by L&F and Landlord shall incorporate that addendum into their sale of property listing agreement and contract(s) of sale.

  • The Lessee acknowledges that title to the Vehicles shall remain vested at all times in the Lessor or its successor in title and that the Lessee, or any person on its behalf, will at no stage during or after the Rental Addendum or this Agreement acquire title to the Vehicles by reason of mere possession of the Vehicles or in terms of the Rental Addendum or this Agreement.

  • This “Rental Addendum” may only be modified by a replacement Rental Addendum signed by all of the parties to this Lease at the time of the amendment.

  • Tenants agree that a security deposit in the amount set forth in the attached Rental Addendum shall be due and payable in full prior to any Tenant taking possession of the Apartment.

  • The Rental Addendum to the Rules & Regulations must be returned to management prior to each guest’s / tenant’s occupancy.

  • In respect of each Rental Addendum the Term shall commence on the Commencement Date and shall continue for the number of months set out in the Rental Addendum and end on the Termination Date unless terminated earlier inaccordance with the terms of this Agreement and the Rental Addendum.

  • Amendments to the Rental Addendum can result in an additional increase to the Security Deposit.

  • Rental agreement or "lease agreement" means all agreements, written or oral, and valid rules and

  • Addendum means a written official modification to an IFB.

  • Lease Agreement means the bargain, with respect to the lease, of the lessor and the lessee in fact as found in their language or by implication from other circumstances including course of dealing or usage of trade or course of performance as provided in this article. Unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, the term includes a sublease agreement.

  • Work Letter means the work letter between Landlord and Tenant regarding the construction of the Tenant Improvements in the form of Exhibit D attached hereto.

  • Master Lease Agreement has the meaning set forth in Section 7.2(c)(xiv).

  • Sublease Agreement means that certain Sublease Agreement, dated as of May 1, 2021 by and between the Company and the Agency.

  • Expansion Space means any space in the Building which, at any time during the Lease Term, is occupied by a Person other than Landlord under a written lease with Landlord, and the term “Tenant’s Expansion Space” means Expansion Space which Tenant has elected to lease as provided in this paragraph. Landlord agrees to notify Tenant promptly after Landlord learns that any Expansion Space is or will become available. Subject to the prior rights of other tenants to whom Landlord has granted substantially similar rights, Tenant has the option to lease any Expansion Space which Landlord notifies Tenant is or will become available. If Tenant gives Landlord notice of its exercise of this option within thirty (30) days after notification from Landlord of the availability of the Expansion Space and if no Event of Default exists when Tenant’s notice is given, this Lease will be deemed to be amended to include Tenant’s Expansion Space as part of the Premises for the remainder of the Lease Term upon all of the same terms contained in this Lease except that (i) the Rentable Area of the Premises will be amended to include Tenant’s Expansion Space; (ii) Tenant’s Share will be increased to include the rentable area of Tenant’s Expansion Space; (iii) the Term Commencement Date with respect to Tenant’s Expansion Space will be the earlier of sixty (60) days after the date on which Tenant’s Expansion Space becomes vacant and ready for occupancy (provided that date is at least sixty (60) days after Tenant exercises its option to lease the Expansion Space), or the date on which the Expansion Space is first occupied by Tenant; (iv) if Tenant’s Expansion Space contains a rentable area of 10,000 square feet or more, and if there are less than three (3) Lease Years remaining in the Lease Term, the Lease Term will be extended to include three (3) full years from the Term Commencement Date with respect to Tenant’s Expansion Space; and (v) subject to adjustment during each Fixed Rental Period as provided in Exhibit E, Basic Rent for each year of the remaining Lease Term (as it may be extended) will be the greater of (a) the Basic Rent last paid by the Person most recently occupying Tenant’s Expansion Space or (b) Market Rent determined as provided in the Rent Rider attached as Exhibit E. If Tenant exercises this option, Tenant’s Expansion Space will be leased to Tenant in its “as is” condition and Tenant will, at its expense and in compliance with the provisions of Section 7.06, design and construct all Improvements desired by Tenant for its use and occupancy. Landlord and Tenant agree to execute such amendments to this Lease and other instruments as either of them considers necessary or desirable to reflect Tenant’s exercise of this option.

  • Parking space leasing data means the following government data on an application for, or lease of, a parking space: residence address, home telephone number, beginning and ending work hours, place of employment, location of parking space, and work telephone number.
