Repair Visit definition

Repair Visit means one or more Covered Repairs or covered service related in time or cause.
Repair Visit means a call-out by a service engineer to perform a Heat Pump Repair; "VAT" means value added tax at the applicable rate from time to time.
Repair Visit means a visit to a repair facility to perform a diagnosis, teardown, or a covered repair.

  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the time of the Boiler Repair Visit, we may charge you a cancellation fee equal to €30.

  • The Repair Visit will be conducted during normal working hours (8am to 5pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 4pm on Saturdays, excluding bank holidays and public holidays in Ireland), unless otherwise agreed.

  • You have a Per Repair Visit Deductible, as shown on Page 1, the Deductible amount will be applied on a Per Repair Visit basis.

  • YOU have a Per Visit Deductible, as shown on the Registration Page that will be applied on a Per Repair Visit basis.

Related to Repair Visit

  • Repair facility Means any licensed automotive REPAIR FACILITY capable of performing repair services to a COVERED PART, approved by the ADMINISTRATOR, and at which YOU seek to acquire service under this CONTRACT.

  • Repair means to restore to proper operating condition a tank, pipe, spill prevention equipment, overfill prevention equipment, corrosion protection equipment, release detection equipment or other UST system component that has caused a release of product from the UST system or has failed to function properly.

  • Repairs means the repairs to be made to the Mortgaged Property, as described on the Repair Schedule of Work (Exhibit C) or as otherwise required by Lender in accordance with this Loan Agreement.

  • Erection, construction, remodeling, repairing means all types of work done on a particular building or work at the site thereof in the construction or development of the project, including without limitation, erecting, construction, remodeling, repairing, altering, painting, and decorating, the transporting of materials and supplies to or from the building or work done by the employees of the Contractor, Subcontractor, or Agent thereof, and the manufacturing or furnishing of

  • Contractor’s Equipment means all apparatus, machinery, vehicles and other things required for the execution and completion of the Works and the remedying of any defects. However, Contractor’s Equipment excludes Temporary Works, Employer’s Equipment (if any), Plant, Materials and any other things intended to form or forming part of the Equipment.

  • Installation means that the System or a Subsystem as specified in the Contract is ready for Commissioning as provided in GCC Clause 26 (Installation).

  • New equipment means equipment for which, by the cut-off date, neither of the following events has occurred:

  • Site Visit means a visit to the Site; and

  • Installation Work means the construction and installation of the System and the Start-up, testing and acceptance (but not the operation and maintenance) thereof; all performed by or for the Power Producer at the Premises.

  • Demolition means the wrecking or taking out of any load-supporting structural member of a facility together with any related handling operations or the intentional burning of any facility.

  • Major repair means either: (1) for a dispersal system, repairs required for an OWTS dispersal system due to surfacing wastewater effluent from the dispersal field and/or wastewater backed up into plumbing fixtures because the dispersal system is not able to percolate the design flow of wastewater associated with the structure served, or (2) for a septic tank, repairs required to the tank for a compartment baffle failure or tank structural integrity failure such that either wastewater is exfiltrating or groundwater is infiltrating.

  • Furniture coating means any paint designed for application to room furnishings including, but not limited to, cabinets (kitchen, bath and vanity), tables, chairs, beds, and sofas.

  • BT Equipment means any equipment, including any Software, owned by or licensed to BT Group that is located at a Site for the provision of a Service.

  • CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT means all appliances and equipment of whatsoever nature for the use in or for the execution, completion operation or maintenance of the work unless intended to form part of permanent work.

  • Project means the goods or Services described in the Signature Document or a Work Order of this Contract.

  • Replacement Equipment means operational equipment or other parts used by Tenant to replace any of the Equipment.
