Repatriation Expenses definition

Repatriation Expenses means expenses for embalming, local cremation, minimally necessary casket for transport and air transportation of Your remains and any other expenses required to comply with local laws or regulations to arrange transport of Your remains.
Repatriation Expenses means expenses incurred in returning a distressed seaman to a proper return port and in providing him with necessary clothing and maintenance until his arrival at such port and includes, in the case of a shipwrecked seaman, the repayment of expenses incurred in conveying him to port after shipwreck and maintaining him while being so conveyed; and
