Repatriation of Remains Benefits will be paid for covered Repatriation Expenses incurred, up to the Maximum Benefit Amount shown in the Schedule of Benefits, to return Your body to Your city of primary residence in the United States of America if You die during Your Trip.
We will pay, upon satisfactory proof for the Repatriation Expenses as defined if, during the period of takaful the Person Covered shall sustain bodily injury or sickness resulting in death or hospitalisation as an in-patient in any registered and licensed hospital worldwide for treatment and subsequently certified by the attending Physician to be unfit to attend to the Person Covered’s usual employment.
This Policy Exclusion does not apply to Claims for Medical Expenses and Repatriation Expenses.
The annual maximum sums insured for Section 3, Part I – Evacuation & Repatriation Expenses are stated in thePolicy Schedule and are the maximums payable per Insured Person for any one (1) Period of Insurance.
