Reporting Rider means Rider A attached to this Agreement and made a part hereof. “Requisite Lenders” means, at any time of determination, Lenders (other than a DefaultingLender) holding or being responsible for more than fifty percent (50%) of the sum of the (a) outstanding Loans, (b) Letter of Credit Reserve, and (c) unutilized Revolving Loan Commitments of all Lenders which are not Defaulting Lenders.

  • Progress Assessment Report (PAR means the monthly compliance report to Owner verifying compliance with the HUB subcontracting plan (HSP).

  • Schedule of compliance means a schedule of remedial measures included in a state permit, including an enforceable sequence of interim requirements (for example, actions, operations, or milestone events) leading to compliance with the Act, the CWA and regulations.

  • Reporting Party means any person who alleges that a student has violated this Code.

  • CMSA Operating Statement Analysis Report means a report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the "Operating Statement Analysis Report" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA Website or in such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CMSA for commercial mortgage-backed securities transactions generally.

  • Weekly Reporting Period means any Level 2 Ratings Period.

  • CREFC® Operating Statement Analysis Report The monthly report in the “Operating Statement Analysis Report” format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.
