Representative Counsel definition

Representative Counsel means Paliare Roland Rosenberg Rothstein LLP in its capacity as counsel for the Investor Claimants;

Representative Counsel means Koskie Minsky LLP in its capacity as legal counsel to certain non-unionized Former Employees of the Company in accordance with the Representative Counsel Order;

Representative Counsel means Ari Kaplan of Kaplan Law, in his capacity as representative counsel to the Retiree Group, pursuant to a Representative Order dated April 25, 2019.
