Representative Reimbursement definition

Representative Reimbursement means the payments that may be awarded by the Court to be paid to Lead Plaintiff for reimbursement of its reasonable costs and expenses directly relating to its representation of the Settlement Class, as set forth in Section IX below.
Representative Reimbursement means the payment that is approved by the Court to be paid to the Lead Plaintiff for reimbursement of his reasonable costs and expenses directly relating to this Action.
