Physical Settlement Matrix definition

Physical Settlement Matrix means the Credit Derivatives Physical Settlement Matrix Supplement to the Credit Derivatives Definitions, as most recently amended or supplemented as at the Trade Date (unless otherwise specified in relation to a Reference Entity) and as published by ISDA on its website at www.isda.org (or any successor website thereto), provided that any reference therein to:
Physical Settlement Matrix means the most recent Credit Derivatives Physical Settlement Matrix published by the International Swaps and Derivatives Association, Inc. as of the Issue Date. For more information, please see "Physical Settlement Matrix" in Annex B attached hereto.
Physical Settlement Matrix means the Credit Derivatives Physical Settlement Matrix Supplement to the Credit Derivatives Definitions, as most recently amended or supplemented as at the Issue Date (unless otherwise specified in relation to a Reference Entity) and as published by ISDA, currently at http://www.isda.org, provided that any reference therein to (a) "Confirmation" shall be deemed to be a reference to the applicable Final Terms; (b) "Floating Rate Payer Calculation Amount" shall be deemed to be a reference to the Specified Currency, (c) "Section 3.3 of the Definitions" shall be deemed to be a reference to "Credit Event Notice" as defined in this Annex, (d) "Section 3.9" shall be deemed to be a reference to Credit Linked Condition 8(a) and (e) "Section 8.6" shall be deemed to be a reference to "Physical Settlement Period" as defined in this Annex.

Examples of Physical Settlement Matrix in a sentence

  • Where ISDA publishes a new version (the "Revised Matrix") of the Physical Settlement Matrix that is the Relevant Physical Settlement Matrix in respect of an EligibleReference Entity (the "Existing Matrix"), LCH SA will, in consultation with the CDSClear Product Committee, determine whether the Existing Matrix and the Revised Matrix are fungible for the purposes of Single Name Cleared Transactions referencing such Eligible Reference Entity.

  • The definitions and provisions contained in the 2003 ISDA Credit Derivatives Definitions, as supplemented by the May 2003 Supplement to the 2003 ISDA Credit Derivatives Definitions and the February 2007 Credit Derivatives Physical Settlement Matrix (the “Physical Settlement Matrix”) (together, the “Credit Derivatives Definitions”) as published by the International Swaps and Derivatives Association, Inc.

  • These standard provisions are subject to the terms applicable to the “Transaction Type” for each Reference Entity under the Physical Settlement Matrix.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, (i) references to “Auction Settlement” and “Fallback Settlement Method” in the Physical Settlement Matrix shall not be interpreted to amend the Settlement Method applicable to this Confirmation; and (ii) the March 2009 Supplement and the July 2009 Supplement each to the 2003 ISDA Credit Derivatives Definitions shall not apply to this Confirmation (except for the purposes of certain definitions used in the definition of “Notice Delivery Period” below).


More Definitions of Physical Settlement Matrix

Physical Settlement Matrix means the "Credit Derivatives Physical Settlement Matrix", as most recently amended and supplemented as at the Trade Date and as published by ISDA on its website at www.isda.org (or any successor website thereto), Provided That the following amendments shall be deemed to have been made for the purposes of the Standard with respect to a Reference Entity:
Physical Settlement Matrix means the Credit Derivatives Physical Settlement Matrix, as such term is defined in the 2005 Matrix Supplement.
Physical Settlement Matrix means, in relation to any Reference Entity, the version of Credit Derivatives Physical Settlement Matrix most recently published by ISDA as at the Trade Date, as determined by the Calculation Agent in its sole andabsolute discretion.Reference Obligation(s): In relation to a Reference Entity, means (a) each Reference Obligation specified in respect of such Reference Entity in Schedule 1 (Reference Portfolio) hereto and/or (b) one or more obligations of that Reference Entity (either directly or as provider of any Qualifying Guarantee), with an aggregate principal balance not greater than the Reference Entity Notional Amount in respect of the relevant Reference Entity, in each case, selected by the Buyer in its absolute discretion prior to the Valuation Date for the relevant Credit Event, which falls (or fall) within the Deliverable Obligation Category specified in the Standard Terms relating to the relevant Reference Entity, and as at such Valuation Date has (or have) the Deliverable Obligation Characteristics specified in the Standard Terms relating to the relevant Reference Entity.Reference Entity Notional Amount: In respect of each Reference Entity, means theamount specified for such Reference Entity in Schedule 1 hereto, as adjusted from time to time in accordance with the provisions relating to Successors below.All Guarantees: As set out in the Standard Terms.Reference Price: 100 per cent.
