Physical Settlement Matrix definition

Physical Settlement Matrix means the Credit Derivatives Physical Settlement Matrix Supplement to the Credit Derivatives Definitions, as most recently amended or supplemented as at the Trade Date (unless otherwise specified in relation to a Reference Entity) and as published by ISDA on its website at www.isda.org (or any successor website thereto), provided that any reference therein to:
Physical Settlement Matrix means the most recent Credit Derivatives Physical Settlement Matrix published by the International Swaps and Derivatives Association, Inc. as of the Issue Date. For more information, please see "Physical Settlement Matrix" in Annex B attached hereto.
Physical Settlement Matrix means the Credit Derivatives Physical Settlement Matrix Supplement to the Credit Derivatives Definitions, as most recently amended or supplemented as at the Issue Date (unless otherwise specified in relation to a Reference Entity) and as published by ISDA, currently at http://www.isda.org, provided that any reference therein to (a) "Confirmation" shall be deemed to be a reference to the applicable Final Terms; (b) "Floating Rate Payer Calculation Amount" shall be deemed to be a reference to the Specified Currency, (c) "Section 3.3 of the Definitions" shall be deemed to be a reference to "Credit Event Notice" as defined in this Annex, (d) "Section 3.9" shall be deemed to be a reference to Credit Linked Condition 8(a) and (e) "Section 8.6" shall be deemed to be a reference to "Physical Settlement Period" as defined in this Annex.

  • Where ISDA publishes a new version (the "Revised Matrix") of the Physical Settlement Matrix that is the Relevant Physical Settlement Matrix in respect of an EligibleReference Entity (the "Existing Matrix"), LCH SA will, in consultation with the CDSClear Product Committee, determine whether the Existing Matrix and the Revised Matrix are fungible for the purposes of Single Name Cleared Transactions referencing such Eligible Reference Entity.

Physical Settlement Matrix means the "Credit Derivatives Physical Settlement Matrix", as most recently amended and supplemented as at the Trade Date and as published by ISDA on its website at www.isda.org (or any successor website thereto), Provided That the following amendments shall be deemed to have been made for the purposes of the Standard with respect to a Reference Entity:
Physical Settlement Matrix means the Credit Derivatives Physical Settlement Matrix, as such term is defined in the 2005 Matrix Supplement.

Reference Entity Notional Amount: In respect of each Reference Entity, means theamount specified for such Reference Entity in Schedule 1 of this Confirmation, as adjusted from time to time in accordance with the provisions relating to Successors set out below. Reference Price: 100 per cent.
