No amendment may be issued until 10 days after the Assistant Director has notified the Qualified Vendor filing a Request for Problem Solving that resolution was reached or that resolution cannot be reached.
If the specific numbered provision(s) of the amendment being protested is deleted from the amendment, the Request for Problem Solving shall be considered resolved.
