Examples of Request for Problem Solving in a sentence

  • No amendment may be issued until 10 days after the Assistant Director has notified the Qualified Vendor filing a Request for Problem Solving that resolution was reached or that resolution cannot be reached.

  • If the specific numbered provision(s) of the amendment being protested is deleted from the amendment, the Request for Problem Solving shall be considered resolved.
