Request for Tenders definition

Request for Tenders or “RFT” means a formal request for prices on Goods and/or Services from vendors, where the Goods and/or Services are able to be fully defined or specified at the time of the request.

Request for Tenders or “RFT” means a request for Bids comprised of proposed prices for Goods and/or Services from Vendors, where the Goods and/or Services are specified in detail in the RFT.

Request for Tenders or “RFT” means this Request for Tenders issued by the Purchaser for the purchase of the Services, and all addenda thereto.

More Definitions of Request for Tenders

Request for Tenders. (RFT) means a formal, publicly advertised request for Bids for the supply of goods and/or Services.

Request for Tenders. (“RFQ”) means the request for Tenders to which these Instructions relates, and any renewal or substitute for that request for Tender.

Request for Tenders means all of the following documents, and in the event of a conflict between them, each shall enjoy priority against the others (subject to any express term or condition to the contrary) in accordance with the following successive order:

Request for Tenders or “RFT” means this Request for Tenders #2021-378 issued by OECM, including all appendices and addenda thereto;
