Request Record definition

Request Record means the electronic record kept by us of your Request, as updated from time to time, and containing: 1.28.1 your personal information; 1.28.2 your preferred method of correspondence; 1.28.3 the service to which you have requested access; 1.28.4 your fees and your preferred method of payment; 1.28.5 your equipment details and equipment installation details; and 1.28.6 your election in respect of marketing communications.
Request Record means the electronic record kept by us of your Request, as updated from time to time, and containing:
Request Record means a record in Nxt IT Solutionsmanagement system generated by the Client or by Nxt IT Solutions that records and tracks a Request.

Examples of Request Record in a sentence

  • Upon receiving the Record Date Request Notice, the Board of Directors may fix a Request Record Date.

  • The Request Record Date shall not precede and shall not be more than ten days after the close of business on the date on which the resolution fixing the Request Record Date is adopted by the Board of Directors.

  • Upon receiving the Record Date Request Notice, the Board of Directors may fix a Request Record Date and may also fix the Special Meeting Percentage for that meeting.

Related to Request Record

  • Request regarding a statement of account means a record authenticated by a debtor requesting that the recipient approve or correct a statement indicating what the debtor believes to be the aggregate amount of unpaid obligations secured by collateral as of a specified date and reasonably identifying the transaction or relationship that is the subject of the request.

  • Project Record means the separate set of Drawings and Specifications as further set forth in paragraph 4.02A.

  • Client record means collected documentation of the behavioral health services provided to and information gathered regarding a client.

  • Group Record means information in LIDB and/or the LIDB administrative system that is common to all telephone numbers in an NPA-NXX or all Special Billing Numbers in an NXX-0/1XX.

  • Request regarding a list of collateral means a record authenticated by a debtor requesting that the recipient approve or correct a list of what the debtor believes to be the collateral securing an obligation and reasonably identifying the transaction or relationship that is the subject of the request.
