For purposes of determining applicable Aircraft Parking Fees, (i) “Transient” means aircraft parking for a duration of two (2) hours or less; (ii) “Remote” means those portions of the Aircraft Parking Apron, which are not located adjacent to an aircraft gate (commonly referred to as east/west remote aircraft parking areas); and (iii) “Overnight” means a period from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., or eight (8) hours of continuous duration.
The Direct Cost Centers include, but are not limited to, those Cost Centers listed in Airfield Those portions of the Airport provided for the landing, taking off, and taxiing of aircraft, including runways, taxiways, approach and runway protection zones, safety areas, infield areas, landing and navigational aids, Aircraft Parking Apron and land areas required by or related to aeronautical use of the Airport.
The servicing of Airline’s aircraft and other equipment with fuel, oil, lubricants and other materials and supplies at the Aircraft Parking Apron and other locations designated by County for such servicing.
To the extent such systems are not supplied by the County, Airline shall have the right to purchase, install, use, and maintain, at Airline’s assigned Aircraft Parking Apron, equipment and services necessary for loading, unloading, and general servicing of Airline’s aircraft, auxiliary power systems, air start systems, preconditioned air systems, and other miscellaneous aircraft and aircraft-related support equipment and facilities.
Subject to applicable fees and charges, Airline shall have the right to use water, electric power, telephone, and preconditioned air systems, to the extent supplied by the County, at or adjacent to Airline’s assigned Aircraft Parking Apron.
Either: (i) quoted market prices for similar assets; (ii) observable inputs, such as interest rates or yield curves; or (iii) inputs derived principally from or corroborated by observable market data.
The rate for the use of the Aircraft Parking Apron shall be calculated as shown on Exhibit Q.
County may, at County’s option, designate alternate parking areas for Airline’s aircraft other than Aircraft Parking Apron referred to in Section 106.
