Aircraft Parking Apron definition

Aircraft Parking Apron means that part of the Ramp Area contiguous to the arrival and departure gates at Airport as shown in Exhibit D which are used for the parking of aircraft and support vehicles and the loading and unloading of passengers and cargo. The exact location, layout and assignment of Aircraft Parking Apron of Airline is as shown on Exhibit D attached hereto.
Aircraft Parking Apron means that portion of the Airfield located adjacent to the Terminal Building and depicted on Exhibit “B” hereof where Aircraft Operators park aircraft.
Aircraft Parking Apron means that part of the Ramp Areas contiguous to Airline's Exclusively Assigned Premises which are used for the parking of aircraft and support vehicles and the loading and unloading of passengers and cargo. The exact location, layout and assignment by Airline is as shown on Exhibit "C" attached hereto.

Examples of Aircraft Parking Apron in a sentence

  • For purposes of determining applicable Aircraft Parking Fees, (i) “Transient” means aircraft parking for a duration of two (2) hours or less; (ii) “Remote” means those portions of the Aircraft Parking Apron, which are not located adjacent to an aircraft gate (commonly referred to as east/west remote aircraft parking areas); and (iii) “Overnight” means a period from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., or eight (8) hours of continuous duration.

  • The Direct Cost Centers include, but are not limited to, those Cost Centers listed in Airfield Those portions of the Airport provided for the landing, taking off, and taxiing of aircraft, including runways, taxiways, approach and runway protection zones, safety areas, infield areas, landing and navigational aids, Aircraft Parking Apron and land areas required by or related to aeronautical use of the Airport.

  • The servicing of Airline’s aircraft and other equipment with fuel, oil, lubricants and other materials and supplies at the Aircraft Parking Apron and other locations designated by County for such servicing.

  • To the extent such systems are not supplied by the County, Airline shall have the right to purchase, install, use, and maintain, at Airline’s assigned Aircraft Parking Apron, equipment and services necessary for loading, unloading, and general servicing of Airline’s aircraft, auxiliary power systems, air start systems, preconditioned air systems, and other miscellaneous aircraft and aircraft-related support equipment and facilities.

  • Subject to applicable fees and charges, Airline shall have the right to use water, electric power, telephone, and preconditioned air systems, to the extent supplied by the County, at or adjacent to Airline’s assigned Aircraft Parking Apron.

  • Either: (i) quoted market prices for similar assets; (ii) observable inputs, such as interest rates or yield curves; or (iii) inputs derived principally from or corroborated by observable market data.

  • The rate for the use of the Aircraft Parking Apron shall be calculated as shown on Exhibit Q.

  • County may, at County’s option, designate alternate parking areas for Airline’s aircraft other than Aircraft Parking Apron referred to in Section 106.

  • Notice requesting Civil Planning, Design, Engineering and Construction Management Professional Services for Horizontal Infrastructure Design, such as General Civil and Airfield Electrical Design of Runway, Taxiway and Aircraft Parking Apron Facilities as well as Site Development, Utility Planning and Design, and Roadway Facility Planning and Design for the Palm Beach County Department of Airports.

  • The TADP also includes a description of the concept for the Aircraft Parking Apron and Associated Airside Improvements.

Related to Aircraft Parking Apron

  • Parking Garage means a building or portion of a building, other than a private garage, that is used for the temporary parking of motor vehicles;

  • Garage shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Recital H;

  • Parking Areas means those portions of the Common Areas or other areas under Landlord’s control which from time to time are designated by the Landlord for the parking of automobiles and other automotive vehicles while engaged in business upon the Premises (other than while being used to make deliveries to and from the Premises).

  • stacked bicycle parking space means a horizontal bicycle parking space that is positioned above or below another bicycle parking space and equipped with a mechanical device providing floor level access to both bicycle parking spaces.

  • Parking Area means the area designated as a permitted parking area and a special parking area by the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Angus Council) Designation Order 2017; and “permitted parking area” and “special parking area” are to be read accordingly;”; and

  • Office Space means the offices of the Service Provider located at 000 Xxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxx 00, Xxx Xxxx, Xxx Xxxx 00000 (or any successor location or other existing office space of the Service Provider or any of its affiliates).

  • Tourism destination project means a qualified non-gaming business facility that will be among the most visited privately owned or operated tourism or recreation sites in the State, and which is located within the qualified incentive area and has been determined by the authority to be in an area appropriate for development and in need of economic development incentive assistance, including a non-gaming business within an established Tourism District with a significant impact on the economic viability of that District.

  • bicycle parking space means an area used for parking or storing a bicycle;

  • Storage area means any location, facility, or vehicle which is used to store, to transport, or to secure a radiographic exposure device, a storage container, or a sealed source when it is not in use and which is locked or has a physical barrier to prevent accidental exposure, tampering with, or unauthorized removal of the device, container, or source.

  • Parking Facility means a parking area or structure having

  • apartment building means a residential use building, or the residential use portion of a mixed-use building, other than a townhouse or stacked townhouse containing four or more dwelling units each of which shall have access to above grade common halls, stairs, elevators, and yards;

  • Space means the volume of gas which a user of a storage facility is entitled to use for the storage of gas;

  • Storage Space means a space where goods of non-hazardous nature are stored and includes cold storage and banking safe vaults;

  • Built-Up Area and/or “Covered Area” in relation to a Flat shall mean the floor area of that Flat including the area of balconies and terraces, if any attached thereto, and also the thickness of the walls (external or internal) and the columns and pillars therein Provided That if any wall, column or pillar be common between two Flats, then one-half of the area under such wall column or pillar shall be included in the built-up area of each such Flat.
