Required Asset Amount definition

Required Asset Amount means with respect to the Series 2010-1 Notes, at any date of determination, the sum of (i) the Invested Amounts for all Group V Series of Notes that do not provide for Enhancement in the form of overcollateralization plus (ii) with respect to all Group V Series of Notes that provide for Enhancement in the form of overcollateralization, the sum of (a) the Invested Amount for all such Series of Notes, plus (b) the Minimum Available Subordinated Amount required to be maintained as part of the enhancement for all such Series of Notes.
Required Asset Amount means, with respect to any Series of Investor Notes, the amount specified in the related Indenture Supplement.
