Required Legend definition

Required Legend means a watermark notation applied by the Electronic Vault System to every page of an Electronic Contract that reads “JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as Administrative Agent, acting solely for the benefit of the Secured Parties, as secured party and assignee”.
Required Legend means a legend applied by the Electronic System to every page of the Required Loan Documents for a Transferred Loan in Electronic Form which identifies the owner of record as “TrinCap Funding, LLC”.

  • The Collateral Custodian shall thereafter “maintain” as within the meaning of Section 9-105(3) of the UCC such Authoritative Copy in the Vault Partition for the purpose of exercising control over the Contracts which are Electronic Contracts pursuant to the terms of this Agreement and shall maintain the Vault Partition so that the E-Vault System will place the Required Legend on each page of any perceivable copy of any Contract that is an Electronic Contract.
