Electronic Timeshare Loan File means a Timeshare Loan File, the contents of which were created electronically using the DocuSign System.
Electronic Timeshare Loan File means a Timeshare Loan File, the Obligor Note of which is an Electronic Obligor Note and the contents of which include the other Specified Documents relating to such Obligor Note, which may be either Electronic Documents or Tangible Documents and which is not an Approved Exported Timeshare Loan File.
