Resale broker means any person, or any agent or employee of such person, who is licensed pursuant to chapter 475 and who offers or provides resale broker- age services to consumer timeshare resellers for compensation or valuable consideration, regardless of whether the offer is made in person, by mail, by telephone, through the Internet, or by any other medium of communication.
