Research Costs definition

Research Costs means the internal costs (calculated at the FTE Rate) and out-of-pocket costs incurred by or on account of a Party in performing Research in accordance with a Research Plan, as calculated in accordance with GAAP.
Research Costs has the meaning set forth in Section 4.2(c)(i).
