Research Programme definition

Research Programme means a set of related research activities with a particular long-term aim;
Research Programme means the programme of research work to be undertaken under this Agreement as is described further in Schedule 1.01.47;
Research Programme means the programme or research more particularly described in Schedule 3.

  • Any improvements or modifications to a party’s Background IP arising from a Research Programme which are not severable from that Background IP will be deemed to form part of that party’s Background IP.

Research Programme means the programme of research defined in the Research Collaboration Agreement.
