Reservation Form definition

Reservation Form means the prescribed form on which the Exhibitor has used to indicate and reserve the required exhibition space;
Reservation Form means the form provided to each Quarter Share Owner to establish the Reserved Use Periods for each Season.
Reservation Form means the reservation form completed and submitted by you, whether through our website or in paper format, and (b) "Terms and Conditions" means these Terms and Conditions in relation to the reservation and/or purchase of a Sedan. By entering into this Agreement you confirm that you wish to reserve your priority to purchase a Sedan with us (the "Reservation"). You acknowledge that once you pay the 2nd installment referred to in Clause 2.6 (“2nd Installment”), you are contractually bound to purchase the Sedan. Save where stated otherwise, this Agreement does not guarantee any purchase production slot, date of delivery or other purchase terms for a Sedan. Unless you pay the 2nd Installment, you are under no obligation to purchase a Sedan from us, and we are under no obligation to sell one to you. The reservation payment of HK$78,150 (approximately US$10,000) stated as being paid under the Reservation Form (the "Reservation Payment") is a payment to reserve your priority to purchase a Sedan with us. The Reservation Payment is fully refundable by us to you at any time if you cancel your Reservation, or if we, in our sole discretion, decline or cancel your Reservation. No interest shall be payable to you in respect of the Reservation Payment. You acknowledge that we will not hold your Reservation Payment separately or in escrow or trust fund or pay any interest on your Reservation Payment. You acknowledge and agree that: (a) the development of the Sedan is still in progress and we may not have begun manufacturing at the time of your Reservation; and (b) the Sedan under your Reservation may not be delivered to you until the end of 2018 or later. You agree to pay the 2nd Installment in the sum of HK$312,600 (approximately US$40,000) on or before 31 March 2018 which shall constitute your confirmation to purchase a Sedan. If you do not make such payment by 31 March 2018, you will be deemed to have cancelled your Reservation whereupon we will refund the Reservation Payment to you in accordance with Clause 2.3. When we get close to the time of manufacture of your Sedan, we will notify you in writing of the purchasing process, the configuration and options for your Sedan. Unless otherwise agreed in the Purchase Agreement, your Reservation Payment and the 2nd Installment (excluding any interest) will be applied towards the purchase price of your Sedan.
