Reservation Letter definition

Reservation Letter or “Reservation” means a document issued by MFA which describes the amount of Credits provisionally awarded to a Project and the conditions which the Project Owner must meet in order to obtain a Binding Commitment for Tax Credits.
Reservation Letter means the letter from the Authority to an Owner conditionally binding the Authority to make an Allocation of Tax Credits in a specific amount for that Owner’s Project.
Reservation Letter means the written documentation from the Authority to an Owner
