Reserve Fund Account definition

Reserve Fund Account means the Euro denominated account established in the name of the Guarantor with the Account Bank, IBAN IT41Q623012700000037051251, or such other substitute account as may be opened in accordance with the Cash Allocation, Management and Payments Agreement.
Reserve Fund Account has the meaning set out in Section 6.3(2);
Reserve Fund Account means the interest bearing deposit account No. 7007006405 in the name of Borrower held with Community Bank, N.A.

  • In addition, the Issuer will have available to it the balances standing to the credit of the Reserve Fund Account.
