Reserve Instrument Fund definition

Reserve Instrument Fund means the Local Building Authority of Canyons School District, Utah Reserve Instrument Fund created in the Indenture to be held by the Trustee and administered pursuant to the Indenture.

Reserve Instrument Fund means the Municipal Building Authority of Ogden City, Utah, Reserve Instrument Fund created in Section 5.18 hereof to be held by the Trustee and administered pursuant to Section 5.19 hereof.

Reserve Instrument Fund means the Millcreek, Utah Sales Tax Revenue Reserve Instrument Fund created in the Indenture to be held by the Trustee and administered pursuant to the Indenture.

• The amounts in the Reserve Instrument Fund shall, from time to time, be applied by the Trustee on behalf of the Authority to pay the amounts which are due and payable to any Reserve Instrument Provider under any applicable Reserve Instrument Agreement.

Reserve Instrument Fund means the Local Building Authority of North Xxxxx Fire District, Utah Reserve Instrument Fund created in Section 5.18 of the General Indenture to be held by the Trustee and administered pursuant to Section 5.19 of the General Indenture. “Reserve Instrument Limit” means, as of any date of calculation and with respect to any Reserve Instrument, the maximum aggregate amount available to be paid under such Reserve Instrument into an account in the Debt Service Reserve Fund assuming for purposes of such calculation that the amount initially available under each Reserve Instrument has not been reduced or that the amount initially available under each Reserve Instrument has only been reduced as a result of the reduction of the Debt Service Reserve Requirement.
