Reserved Parking Space definition

Reserved Parking Space means the reserved space in which the Car is parked when not in use by a Driver.

Examples of damage covered by LDL include: • Impact with a fixed or moving object (e.g., damage caused if you have an accident) • Loss of control of the vehicle • Unavoidable natural events, such as snow, hail, flood or rock fall • Fire caused by vehicle defect, including electrical fault, or from adjacent fire or explosion, criminal or terrorism acts. • Subject to the vehicle being used with due care Loss Damage Waiver (LDW) LDW is an optional product, which reduces your liability to us fully or partially in the event of loss of or damage to the vehicle. Your liability will be reduced from the LDL to the amount specified on the Flexicar profile. Maximum Damage Waiver (MDW) Members over the age of 25 years old can reduce the LDL to zero and you will benefit from: • No liability for damage to the Vehicle, or for loss or damage to the Vehicle’s keys or the accessories the vehicle comes with as standard. (It will not reduce your liability for optional additional accessories purchased, such as infant seats or GPS.) • Fees waived in respect of Towing, Flexicar Claims Management Fee and External Damage Assessment Fee

Reserved Parking Space means each reserved parking space allocated under the Permit, as specified in the Application;
