• If the items are not collected within one month, the Residence Management may dispose of the items and You will be liable for the reasonable costs of disposal.

• All communications and notices relating to this Licence Agreement will be sent to your Residence Management email address.

• You will not be entitled to take any such items back into the Room or the Residence and Residence Management may dispose of any such items.
