Residential Garbage definition

Residential Garbage means all household garbage suitable for acceptance by the Robin Hood Bay W aste Management Facility unless otherwise identified in these Regulations and does not include recycling, building or hazardous waste material.
Residential Garbage means Garbage generated by the occupants of Eligible Residence(s).
Residential Garbage means Garbage originating from Residential 380 Service Recipients. 381 1.71 Residential Organic Waste. “Residential Organic Waste” means Organic Waste originating 382 from Residential Service Recipients.

Residential Garbage means any garbage generated from a site other than a business for profit (including hotels, motels, and other commercial businesses) and includes garbage collected from a site where a person or persons reside on a permanent basis, including houses, apartments, flats, and those sites which are commonly considered to be places of permanent residence.
