Residential Management Expenses definition

Residential Management Expenses means all costs, charges, expenses and outgoings reasonably and necessarily incurred by the Manager in relation to the management and maintenance of the Residential Development as a whole (excluding the Residential Units) and in particular the Residential Common Areas and Facilities.
Residential Management Expenses means all Management Expenses which are attributable to the Residential Common Parts or for the common benefit of Owners, occupiers, licensees or invitees of different Flats (including but not limited to the expenditure of the Recreational Facilities, the Residential Common Parking Spaces and the loading and unloading spaces provided under Special Condition No. (24)(a));

Examples of Residential Management Expenses in a sentence

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the Residential Management Expenses shall also include such parts of the expenditure in Clause 5.4(a)(ii) which in the reasonable opinion of the Manager are attributable to the use of the Visitors’ Parking Spaces and the Accessible Parking Spaces.

Related to Residential Management Expenses

  • Management Expenses means expenses, costs and charges necessarily and reasonably incurred in the management of the Development provided in this Deed which, except for the purpose of Clause 4.3 of Section IV of this Deed, shall include the Manager’s Remuneration;

  • Environmental Management Framework means the Environmental Management Framework, dated November 15, 2008 as updated by the Recipient on July 21, 2010 and disclosed on July 23, 2010, and the technical guidelines for implementation thereof, adopted by the Recipient, giving details of a program of actions, measures and policies designed to maximize the benefits of the Project, eliminate, offset or mitigate any adverse environmental impacts, or reduce such impacts to acceptable levels, as such Environmental Management Framework may be amended from time to time with the prior written agreement of the World Bank and the Recipient, and such term includes any annexes or schedules to such framework.

  • Pharmacist services means products, goods, and services, or any combination of products, goods, and services, provided as a part of the practice of pharmacy.

  • Nurse aide means any individual who is not a licensed health professional or volunteer providing nursing or nursing-related services to residents in a nursing facility.

  • Property Management Agreement means any property management agreement in respect of the Property or any portion thereof entered into in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

  • Graduate medical education and disproportionate share fund or “GME/DSH fund” means a reimbursement fund developed as an adjunct reimbursement methodology to directly reimburse qualifying hospitals for the direct and indirect costs associated with the operation of graduate medical education programs and the costs associated with the treatment of a disproportionate share of poor, indigent, nonreimbursed or nominally reimbursed patients for inpatient services.

  • Project Management Plan means the portion of the Project Development Plan providing the information requested in Section 4.2 of Exhibit B to the ITP.
