Residential Manager definition

Residential Manager means an employee who coordinates the operation of one or more Residential dwellings in such a way that promotes the efficiency and cost effectiveness of the individual dwelling or the group of dwellings.
Residential Manager means an out of scope manager with the responsibility of overseeing and directing the operation of group homes.
Residential Manager means Gables Residential Services, Inc., or any Qualified Manager engaged by Mortgage Borrower with respect to the Residential Elements in accordance with Section 7.1.21 hereof.
