Residential Motor Cycle Parking Space definition

Residential Motor Cycle Parking Space means a parking space in the Development provided in accordance with Special Condition No.(18)(c)(i) of the Government Grant and intended for the parking of motor cycle belonging to the residents of the Development and their bona fide guests, visitors or invitees, and which for the purpose of identification only is marked "MOTORCYCLE" on the Lower Ground Floor plan of the DMC Plans; "Schedule of Works and Installations" means the Schedule of Works and Installations as set out under the FOURTH SCHEDULE hereto;
Residential Motor Cycle Parking Space means any one of them .

More Definitions of Residential Motor Cycle Parking Space

Residential Motor Cycle Parking Space means any one of the parking spaces in the Carpark provided in accordance with Special Condition Nos. (17)(d)(i)(I) and 17(d)(i)(III) of the Government Grant for the parking of motor cycles belonging to the residents of the Residential Accommodation and their bona fide guests, visitors or invitees, as set out in the FIRST SCHEDULE to this Deed.
