Residential Service Plan definition

Residential Service Plan means an individualized, written plan outlining the care and treatment to be provided to an individual in or through the program based upon an individual assessment of needs. The residential service plan may be a section or subcomponent of the individual's overall mental health treatment plan when the program is operated by a mental health service agency that provides other services to the individual.
Residential Service Plan means the document that describes the residential goals and objectives identified in an individual’s ISP and specifies ways in which the community residence will implement those goals and objectives pursuant to He-M 408.08e.
