Individual Assessment definition

Individual Assessment means an Assessment levied pursuant to Section 6.6.

Individual Assessment means Outreach and Engagement Staff meeting with and 22 evaluating a Homeless Person to determine if an Appropriate Shelter Space (as defined in 23 Paragraph 10 of this Agreement) is available to the person.

More Definitions of Individual Assessment

Individual Assessment means any financial charge levied by the Association against a specific Unit Owner pursuant to the terms of this Declaration.
