Residential Refuse definition

Residential Refuse means refuse, as defined herein, normally generated from a Residential Facility and which is placed at the curb line of public streets at designated times in approved containers;
Residential Refuse means all Garbage, Refuse, Rubbish and Bulky Waste generated by a Producer at a Residential Unit.
Residential Refuse means any rejected, abandoned, discarded or waste materials normally used in a dwelling, and shall specifically include waste food, containers used for food, drink, and other household items, packaging, floor sweepings, and crockery, but does not include ashes, cinders, grass, trees, hedge clippings or any other garden refuse.

More Definitions of Residential Refuse

Residential Refuse means refuse generated by single family homes and by multi-family residential structures that are not owned and operated as condominiums under Ohio Revised Code Chapter 5311.
Residential Refuse means refuse generated from normal household use. Residential refuse does not include commercial waste, construction waste, hazardous waste, residential yard waste, dead animals, or remnants from butchered animals.
Residential Refuse means all household and domestic garbage, trash and rubbish, excluding rubbish and used materials resulting from construction or remodeling work, generated by a person or persons dwelling in a Residential Unit.
