Residents Parking Permit definition

Residents Parking Permit means a Permit issued in accordance with the provisions of Article 53 (A) of this Order;
Residents Parking Permit means a Permit issued by the Council on such terms and conditions as it shall decide permitting the holder to park in such Parking Places, excluding private approach roads/access areas, as has been specified in the granting of the permit and in accordance with Article 53 of this Order.

If the Landlord breaks or does not comply with any of his obligations in this agreement or of his statutory obligations, the Tenant may be entitled to claim damages or compensation from the Landlord, or to seek other legal remedies against the Landlord.
